These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.myvirtualexpert.com and to virtual assistant services provided by MyVirtualExpert, powered by Aarambh Enterprise ("we", "us"). A signed proposal or service agreement with you takes priority over these terms where they differ.
We provide remote virtual assistant support such as administrative, customer support, marketing, real estate, lead generation and executive assistance. The scope, hours and price of your plan are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract; you may change or cancel your plan by giving notice before your next billing date. Hours not used in a billing period do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may vary with the scope of work.
You agree to give your VA the access, information and instructions needed to do the work, and to make sure any tasks you assign are lawful and comply with platform rules (for example email and calling regulations in your country).
Our team members sign confidentiality agreements. We will keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the services.
If you are not satisfied with your assigned VA, tell your account manager and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
